Safety and Support

At The Julie Morton School of Dancing, safety is our top priority. We are committed to creating an environment that is safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all dancers. Our dance school has a strong sense of community, and we're proud to consider ourselves a dance family. Please read the safety protocols below to ensure we are all able to enjoy dancing!

Supervision and Safety

To ensure the safety of our younger students, we ask that they are supervised while waiting for their class to start. We also ask that all students respect their fellow classmates by keeping the volume low and refraining from running in and around the studio. We want everyone to have a fun and safe experience while learning to dance!

Drop Off and Pick Up

When dropping off your children, please ensure they are safely inside the studio. We understand that sometimes parents may be running late to pick up their children after class. In such cases, children can wait in the studio and watch the next class under the supervision of our teachers.

Care and Support

We understand that children may need extra support at times, and we are here to provide that support whenever needed. Our caring and understanding teachers are always willing to lend a listening ear, and we encourage our students to never be embarrassed to reach out for help.

Injuries and First Aid

We kindly ask that if you are injured, please inform your teacher before class so they can make any necessary adjustments to the lesson to avoid any further harm. We also have a fully stocked first aid kit available in the studio to handle any minor injuries or accidents that may occur during class.
